• Authentication Credentials: When you register or sign in, authentication is securely processed via Google Firebase Authentication (email addresses, display names, and unique cryptographic user IDs).
• User Content & Journaling: Your journal entries, streak milestones, wellness metrics, and encrypted chat messages are stored locally on your device and synchronized via Google Cloud Firestore.
• Push Notification Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens to route your server-side AI reflections and local reminder notifications accurately.
• Diagnostic & Device Diagnostics: Network connectivity state is monitored locally on-device to enforce offline data preservation and prevent data collision during carrier disruptions.

2. How We Use Your Information

SolteQ Innovations Ltd uses collected information solely to power, secure, and refine product functionality:

• To synchronize journal entries, progress milestones, and streak achievements across authorized devices.
• To execute secure server-side AI reflection routines via Firebase Cloud Functions at intervals configured by the user (1–3 hours).
• To trigger local looping reminder alarms and scheduled focus checkpoints.
• To maintain security audits, invalidate revoked sessions upon manual logout, and protect account integrity.

3. Data Storage & Security Standards

Security is fundamental to our software engineering principles at SolteQ:

• Cloud Infrastructure: All synchronized data is hosted on enterprise-grade Google Firebase and Google Cloud server infrastructure protected by multi-layered encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS).
• Session Revocation: When logging out of MindPilot, your active authentication session is immediately invalidated across our database gateways to prevent physical device intrusion.

We work exclusively with vetted infrastructure providers who adhere to rigorous global security standards:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Powers database storage, authentication, push alerts, and serverless compute.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full sovereignty over your data:

• Insight Preferences: You can configure or disable AI insight intervals anytime via MindPilot App Settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account, database records, and Firestore documents at any time by contacting our support team below.
