These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SolteQ Innovations Ltd ("SolteQ," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the MindPilot mobile application, related websites, and all digital products operated by SolteQ.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MindPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our software or services.

1. Description of Services

MindPilot is an advanced cognitive assistant engineered by SolteQ Innovations Ltd, providing offline-first smart journaling, customizable reflection alarms, real-time encrypted chat, and server-side AI decision analysis.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use synchronized features, you authenticate through Google Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your device and authentication credentials.
• Notify SolteQ immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse SolteQ applications or services. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from MindPilot or SolteQ software.
• Transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content through our messaging networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt cloud database systems, serverless function routines, or network listeners.

4. AI Insights & Wellness Disclaimer

Daily cognitive insights and reflection summaries generated by MindPilot are intended solely for productivity assistance, personal organization, and mental clarity. They do not constitute professional psychiatric, medical, or clinical psychological advice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to MindPilot, including user interface designs, logos, software architecture, branding, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of SolteQ Innovations Ltd and its licensors, protected by global copyright and trademark laws.

6. Termination

SolteQ Innovations Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may discontinue use and delete their accounts at any time.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
